The hand-held rock drilling machine is commonly known as pneumatic drills or drill guns, it is the main rock drilling tool of all rock drills and generally adopts pneumatic drive mode. The powerhead of the rock drill removed from the rock drill bench and the feed thrust system can also be used as a hand-held rock drill alone. The working principle of the pneumatic rock drill is that when the rock drill is turned on, high-pressure compressed air is introduced into the air valve mechanism through the handle body, and a movable air valve is used to alternately introduce the compressed air into the front and rear chambers of the cylinder and the compressed air push the piston to move at high speed. Drive the drill rod installed with the drill bit to hit the rock, and the exhaust gas is discharged through the exhaust port. A screw mechanism is installed at the end of the piston, and the non-reverse mechanism makes the piston rotate only when it returns, and the drill rod rotates accordingly. If the rock drill operator is proficient in operating skills, a hand-held rock drill can also be used to drill a certain depth of intersection hole. In order to increase the rock drilling stability of the hand-held rock drill and the verticality of drilling vertical holes, a special fixing bracket can also be equipped for the hand-held rock drill. The fixing bracket is simple and practical and plays a certain role in improving the position accuracy of drilling vertical intersection holes with a hand-held rock drill and reducing the labor intensity of the operator. The diameter of the intersection hole is related to the depth of the intersection hole, the type of stone to be mined, the type of rock drill selected, and the level of the operator's operating skill.
